raising kayne

the latest culinary effort from chris hyndman (known for other nashville cuisine staples, virago and whiskey kitchen) was unveiled last week in the gulch.  formerly the radius 10 restaurant location on mcgavock, kayne prime steakhouse is named for the historic kayne street trainyard from which the gulch was fashioned.

executive chef robbie wilson is at the helm and has a promising menu ranging from usda prime and ‘beyond-prime’ wagyu beef from the united states and australia to crudo and special vegetarian plates.
