in a continuing effort to widen the scope for the future of the gulch, the developers, marketstreet enterprises, have formed a partnership with spectrum/emery to develop, lease and manage five new class a office buildings in the gulch. their focus is to draw fortune 500 companies and businesses with a music, technology, healthcare, financial or legal slant into the city’s next urban core.
emery has had a long history in the cool springs area, having leased, managed and sold more than 1.5 million square feet of class a office space there. they were also integral in brokering the nissan deal and luring their north american headquarters to middle tennessee. also primarily in the cool springs area, spectrum currently manages 8 class a office buildings, a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet of office space.
