johnny cash museum to open downtown

downtown, near the corner of third avenue and broadway will soon be home to a museum honoring the man in black.  an 18,000 square foot johnny cash museum will open next summer on the main strip.  it will include a 250-seat music venue  and costs upwards of $7 million.  it will all be privately funded by bill miller, a memorabilia dealer and expert.

miller expects 150,000 visitors in the first year of the museum’s opening.  the admission cost will be around $13.
