new sobro tower design gets tweaked

girratana nashville and chicago-based magellan development group llc have opted for a new architect for one of the three high-rises they have planned.  with the switch to loewenberg architects comes a new rendering for the building.  the building is scheduled to be built on the riverside of the encore, just south of the pinnacle building along third avenue.

the proposed 33-story skyscraper will include 342 luxury apartment units, 378 parking spaces & more than 18,000 square feet of class a, ground level retail space.
